FUNCTIONAL TRAINING WITH A PHYSIOTHERAPIST (UP TO 45 MINUTES)

First a myofascial lines test is performed and, based on the test results, a suitable training scheme according to the NEURAC method is developed. It is combined with training on a professional vibration platform, where vibrations of the specific, required parameters activate nearly all the systems in the organism. The training results in increased muscular strength and endurance, a shaped and firm body, improved blood and lymph circulation, reduced fat tissue, reduced cellulite, improved flexibility and motor coordination, and reduced stress and nervous tension.

FITNESS CLASSES WITH AN INSTRUCTOR (UP TO 60 MINUTES)

Aerobic training using devices such as a tread mill, cycle ergometer, rowing machine, orbitrek and a professional vibration platform. The classes improve endurance and general mobility, alleviate pain and help to reduce body weight.

FITNESS CLASSES

Aerobic training using devices like the tread mill, cycle ergometer, rowing machine, and orbitrek as well as strength training on ATLAS equipment. The training results in increased muscle strength and endurance, a shaped and firm body, and reduced fat tissue.

MANUAL THERAPY (UP TO 45 MINUTES INCLUDING AN EXAMINATION)

This is a special diagnostic and therapeutic method which uses different techniques directly affecting the joints and indirectly the neuromuscular system. The treatment helps to restore full mobility, improving the quality of life and functionality.

INDIVIDUAL WORK WITH A PATIENT USING NEUROPHYSIOLOGICAL METHODS, THE PNF CONCEPT OR MCKENZIE METHOD (UP TO 60 MINUTES INCLUDING AN EXAMINATION)

DYNAMIC TAPING – KINESIOLOGY TAPING (UP TO 30 MINUTES INCLUDING AN EXAMINATION)

The treatment is a valuable completion of the physiotherapeutic methods. It helps to restore normal functions in certain structures of the patient's body using special tapes applied directly to the skin, activating the muscles and reducing pain. The aim of dynamic taping is to support the natural self-treatment processes of the organism. The treatment regulates muscular tension and improves microcirculation.
